Victoria Marchant Knits has created the most beautiful knitted baubles to get you in the festive spirit and each are inspired by something she loves about Christmas.

The baubles can be knit in the round or flat - but for the class we will going with the flat option and the aim will be to knit 1 bauble (including seaming it around the bauble) over the 2 classes and give you the confidence to knit more of them.
 
It's suitable for anyone who has completed our beginners class and fancies a bit more of a challenge, or those who can knit/purl/cast on/cast off.

This class runs over 2 sessions (2 hours per session) on:

Saturday 18th and 25th November

This class will cover the following:

Eyelets for ribbons

Adding beads

Cables

Reading charts

Measuring your knitting

Increases and decreases

Matress stitch
60 grams / 55 metres of fingering weight yarn (which is enough for all 3 baubles)

2.5mm knitting needles (or size needed for gauge)

Depending on which bauble you wish to knit in class:

A Thoughtful Gift: 10mm satin ribbon, 50cm / 20″ long

The Twinkle of Lights: 128 size 8/0 seed beads and a beading needle

Togetherness: cable needle

The bauble casings are included in the price of the class.
Classes can be cancelled but are non-refundable.

At the discretion of Wool & Ewe, if you need to cancel it may be possible to move you to another class if I am able to fill your cancelled session with another student.

We reserve the right to cancel a class. If we need to cancel the class due to any unforeseen/unusual circumstances, we will of course offer you a full refund or move your booking to another suitable class (whichever your preference is).
