This website is owned and operated by www.woolandewe.com. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers access to knitting and crochet classes. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our website is hosted on Wix. Any purchases on www.woolandewe.com is processed through their online e-commerce platform.

ACCOUNT USERS AND CLASS ATTENDEES

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 16 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you. If you are under the age of 16, a parent/guardian must access the website for you and be present at the time of the class/classes.

PURCHASES

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for using our services/products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Classes are held in person at KNiTT, 1H Queens Road, Teddington, TW11 0LX. Classes should have no more of 6-8 students per class. At time of purchase, 100% deposit will be required.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Please note the following products/services are not eligible for return: any knitting or crochet class as per the purchases terms of service above and cancellation policy below.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Classes can be cancelled but are non-refundable. At the discretion of Wool & Ewe, if you need to cancel it may be possible to move you to another class if I am able to fill your cancelled session with another student.

We reserve the right to cancel a class. If we need to cancel the class due to any unforeseen/unusual circumstances, we will of course offer you a full refund or move your booking to another suitable class (whatever your preference is).

"Acts of god," such as extreme weather conditions may deem it necessary that the class cannot go ahead. Unfortunately Wool & Ewe cannot be financially responsible for these type of situations as it is outside of our control.

RIGHT TO SUSPEND OR CANCEL USER ACCOUNT

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment.

RETENTION AND RIGHT TO CHANGE OFFERING

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

OWNERSHIP OF INTERLLECTUAL PROPERTY, COPYRIGHTS AND LOGOS 

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Wool & Ewe. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

WARRANTIES & RESPONSIBILITY FOR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS

We do not and we cannot guarantee or provide warranty that the use of our services will be perfect, run on time, be mistake free or without disruption. Nor do we guarantee or provide warranty that the outcome the services or class ensures you are skilled to continue with the service outside of the class. 
 

IDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Wool & Ewe harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including legal fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website. The services on the website allow for in person classes, these classes are also covered by this point. 

TERMINATION
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

RIGHT TO CHANGE AND MODIFY TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.

These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of the United Kingdom, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.
